Burns’ Night, 25 January

Come to St Andrews to celebrate Burns’ Night this year!

Burns’ Night is the annual celebration of Scotland’s national bard Robert (Rabbie) Burns. Scots all over the world host suppers to commemorate Burns’ birthday on the 25th January.

With both history and haggis aplenty, in St Andrews there are always some fantastic events taking place on and around Burns’ Night.

Can’t make it to St Andrews? Celebrate Burns Night with us in spirit by cooking this wonderful recipe from local businesses Ardross Farm and Elemental Kitchen: Roast Chicken with Crispy Haggis Crouton, Neep Fondant and Mustard Sauce.
